We strive to provide a perfect gifting experience. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with clear photos and proof of purchase.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Perishable items (flowers, chocolates) unless damaged during delivery

  • Customized or personalized gift boxes (unless incorrect or faulty)

  • Items returned after 24 hours

3. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return request, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your bank/Easypaisa/JazzCash account.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges for customized or perishable items.

  • You may exchange a non-personalized product if it’s unused and reported within 24 hours.
